RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accessories must be included.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn shoes and bags.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
• Customized or personalized products.

Return Process

• Customers must submit a return request with the order number and reason for return.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of approval.
• The company reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
• The company will cover return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.
